Sent wrong item and has not provided refund

I ordered a box of mangoes but instead received oranges. Customer service has given me the runaround when I requested a refund for the mangoes I did not receive. Completely unhelpful and now radio silence on my refund. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to help me get a refund. Ridiculous.
