Poor delivery service and customer service

Ordered this basket for a friend recovering from a surgery. Received the order confirmation via email but never a delivery confirmation. Reached out to customer service. Spoke and emailed Nicole and her manager Tarina. They provided pics. of UPS delivery. Claimed, they did everything correct contractually. The box sat in her apartment lobby for 2 weeks. They both refused to issue a refund or resend the gift. Turned it on me to ask why did I wait 2 weeks to reach out. Nicole was very confrontational in my last phone call with her. Very poor customer service. Will never order from this company again . This was the 2nd order where I never received confirmation of delivery.

All the fruit was delicious with the exception of the pineapple. It was rotten.
