Can I customize my Harvest Club or monthly fruit order?
We will customize your Harvest Club order several ways. For orders that are less than 12 months we can customize which months you receive, they do not have to be consecutive months. If you have allergies or medical restrictions to certain fruit we will happily exchange it for another fruit in season. We will customize the dates so that your fruit arrives for a special occasion or when you will be home to enjoy it!
How much fruit comes in a box?
Our fruit boxes come in 3 sizes, 2.5 lb., 4 lb, and 7 lbs. Our 2.5 lb. box comes with 4 pieces of fruit, 4 lb box comes with 6 pieces of fruit and our 7 lb box comes with 10-12 pieces of fruit. The quantity of fruit varies with the size or type of fruit shipped.
I love a specific item I received as a gift. Can I purchase specific items separately?
We make all of our gifts available for purchase and we can customize your order and quantity. Please contact our customer service team for pricing and details.
I need to make a change to my order- how can I do that?
Changes can be made by contacting our customer service team at 1-800-387-3100 or by email at email@example.com. All changes must be made by 11am PST the day the gift is shipped. We cannot guarantee changes after the order has shipped.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Our site is 100% secure and tested each day to insure that your information is safe.
Can I cancel an order?
If your order has not shipped, we will be happy to cancel it. To do so, please contact our customer service department immediately at 1.800.387.3100.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept a variety of credit cards including American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard and VISA.
Can I make substitutions?
Some substitutions can be made depending on product availability and size of the item. Please call us at 1.800.387.3100 if you would like to inquire about substituting items in a gift.
What are your hours of operation?
The Fruit Company office is open from 7 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard time. Our customer Service line is available 24 hours a day seven days a week. (800) 387-3100.
How fast can I get a gift to its destination?
We ship all of our items fresh out of Oregon. If an order is placed before 11 am Pacific Standard Time then we will be able to ship it out that day. Otherwise, your order will ship the following business day, Saturdays excluded.
Will you share my information with anyone else?
We do not share your phone number or email address with anyone else.
