The Fruit Company®, renowned for its orchard-fresh gifts sold nationwide, has successfully converted part of its historic 1940s-era factory into an elegant orchard gift shop and heritage museum. Guests of the Mount Hood Railroad, Hood River Railbikes, and motorists (stop #4 on the Hood River Fruit Loop) are welcome to come experience the deep agricultural history and taste the divine fruits grown here in beautiful Hood River.

Railbikes are coming to Hood River!
Adventure enthusiasts of all ages will be able to experience the natural splendor of the Hood River Valley along a scenic stretch of rail track. Our railbikes allow you and a friend to pedal your way (or use the e-assist motor) from the historic Hood River Rail Depot on the Columbia River up through the forest, over bridges and waterfalls, into the fertile orchards and vineyards of the Hood River Valley.
